We deliver UK wide including Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland & Isle of Man

For countries outside the UK, please get in touch prior to placing your order for a delivery quote.

United Kingdom & Northern Ireland

Delivery is £3.95 upto £75 via Royal Mail tracked 48 

FREE delivery for all orders £75 or more. 

We are also more than happy for you to collect your order if you're local to us (Wirral), please choose free local collection at checkout and email us at sapphirehomeuk@gmail.com to arrange 

Republic of Ireland

A flat rate of £11 sent via Royal Mail or DPD tracked service - please note the buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may apply.

OPEN BOX

Our open box option allows you to add as many products/orders as you like with a minimum order value of £10. When you're ready to close the box and have it shipped, there will be a standard postage fee of £5.50 which will be on our usual 48 hour tracked delivery service.

FAQ's

How long will my delivery take? 

We aim to have your delivery with you within 2 working days apart from personalised items which we ask to allow up to 10 days however, you are likely to receive this a lot sooner. All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 hour delivery.

What happens if I'm not home?

As with all couriers, delivery will be attempted up to 3 times, a card will be left through your door to arrange delivery if you're not home. If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, the buyer will be responsible for any redelivery costs that may occur.

Can I send my delivery to a different address? 

Yes, please enter the address details at checkout.

RISK OF LOSS

All products purchased from Sapphire Home are made pursuant to a shipping contract. By submitting and paying for an electronic order, will result in a binding contract and an acceptance email will be sent to confirm acceptance of your order.  Once the order is received by yourself, the risk of loss for all items purchased, will transfer to you, the buyer.
