Returns & Refunds
We are happy to accept returns within a 14 day period, please email email@example.com so we can advise the best way to return your item, together with your order number and tracking number.
Please note we will only accept returns in an unused, unopen condition, the same way you received your item. They must be received back to us within 14 days from the date your item was delivered to you.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please accept our apologies and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, with photographs of the damaged item together with the inside and outside of the packaging. Please note faulty items must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will not accept any returns for faults once this period has passed.
In relation to refunds, once we have inspected the returned item, we will contact you via email to advise when/if your return has been accepted and your refund will be issued.
Please include your name, order number and details of the return within your parcel. Unless otherwise agreed, it is the buyers responsibility to pay the correct postage and send via tracked mail.
We cannot be held responsible for any items returned to us untracked that may go missing.
Exchanges of an item will only be agreed if the item received is damaged or faulty.
Postage costs from your initial order are non refundable unless an error has been made on our behalf.
